MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Mountain Province State University (MPSU) Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit (ROTCU) Christmas Party held at the University Auditorium yesterday, December 9.
In the message of the President, represented by Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, he expressed his thanks to the service of the ROTCU to the institution and the community.
Various parlor games were played, and dances were enjoyed during the party.
