Dr. Karen B. Cue, the Director for International and Local Linkages joined the International Relations Officers of various Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the region for the induction of the Cordillera Association of International Relations Officers (CAIRO) today, April 23, 2024. The induction provided a fitting backdrop for the formal establishment of CAIRO.
Held at the Saint Louis University in Baguio City, the event was graced by CHED Chairperson Dr. Demetrio P. Anduyan, Jr.
The primary objective of CAIRO is to foster collaboration among HEIs in the region to develop and implement programs and activities aimed at enhancing the international reputation of the various HEIs in the region. This will further create opportunities to benefit students, faculty, and staff across HEIs in CAR.
