MPSPC aims for Philippine Quality Awards; conducts institutional assessment


Driven by its commitment to excellence in education and organizational performance, the Institutional Quality Assurance of the College continues its stint for the Philippine Quality Awards (Phase 1) through a workshop and an institutional assessment on the requirements of the Criteria for Performance Excellence embodied in seven categories: Leadership; Strategy; Customers; Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management; Workforce; Operations; and Results.

The PQA is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance. It is an award for a quality management system that hinges on the improvement of product and/or service delivery and provides a means of satisfying and responding to customers’ needs and requirements.
