MPSPC conducts organizational performance assessment to advance for Ph Quality Awards

In its pursuit of academic excellence, Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) aims for the Philippine Quality Awards (PQA) as it undergoes assessment today, March 4, at the College Admin Hall.

Dubbed ‘Assessing MPSPC for Philippine Quality Awards (Phase 1),” the assessment underlines the institution’s commitment to continuous improvement in its academic programs, administrative processes, and overall organizational effectiveness, which fosters the Sustainable Development Goals on quality education and economic growth.

In his message, College President Edgar G. Cue stated his aspirations for the enhancement of organizational performance and frameworks that are critical to the operation, improvement, and direction of the College.

“As it is connected to our Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy, this assessment of MPSPC for the PQA aims to fully enhance its programs to pursue responsive instruction and innovation to produce resilient and competitive graduates while transforming lives and fostering sustainable development. This is also one of the MPSPC’s mandates in enhancing quality education, anchored in our dream to become an internationally recognized higher education institution,” said Cue.

The Philippine Quality Awards is an integrated approach for performance management that sets the standard of excellence to help Philippine organizations achieve world-class performance and is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance.
