MPSPC gears up for service excellence: Orientation, GAD Dissemination held to employees

In an effort to deliver excellence in service, Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), through the Human Resource Management Office, is currently conducting an Orientation and GAD Dissemination seminar for its newly permanent and appointed teaching and non-teaching employees today, March 19 at the Admin Conference Hall, Bontoc.

The seminar sought to capacitate employees on the rules, regulations, maneuvers, and processes of the College, including the elevation of gender awareness to promote equality, sustainable development, and to render exquisite service in their workplace.

College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Chief Administrative Officer, delivered a message, saying that the orientation with the integration of gender and development contributes to attaining the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly on decent work and economic growth, inequality reduction, and promoting peace, justice, and strong institutions.

Dr. Cue added, “This activity is anchored with our mission to produce resilient and productive citizens that promote transformational governance, as we eliminate disparities in service and building a just and humane society for general welfare.”
