MPSPC joins in the celebration of the 12th CSMP SLT Convention

Mountain Province State Polytechnic College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., attended the 12th CSMP SLT Convention with the theme “CSMP Pilgrims of Hope: Exploring Pathways of Synodality” today, March 13, 2024, at Saint Vincent’s High School (SVHS), Poblacion, Bontoc, MP.

The Schools of Living Traditions (SLT) Convention is celebrated annually as a symbol of the synodal gathering of the five Catholic schools in Mountain Province: Bauko Catholic School Inc., Holy Rosary High School in Kayan, Tadian, Immaculate Heart High School Inc. in Poblacion, Natonin, San Alfonso High School Incorporated in Poblacion, Sabangan, and Saint Vincent’s School Inc. in Bontoc, which is the host of this year’s gathering.

The five-day momentous occasion features street dancing and parades that showcase each school’s own identity, cultural presentations, indigenous and modern games, and Eucharistic celebrations.

Meanwhile, the guests of the celebration joined Rev. Fr. Andrew K. Claver in the ribbon-cutting and blessing of the Mini-SVHS Museum, which exhibits the history of the school.
