The College’s Technical Working Group members for the Philippine Quality Award conducted a presentation and critiquing session for the outputs on the various criteria for performance excellence yesterday, March 12, 2024, at the Administration Conference Hall.
The criteria for performance excellence include Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Operations Focus and Results.
After the outputs are finalized, the TWGs will move on to writing the application report.
