College President Edgar G. Cue warmly welcomed representatives of the 1403rd Community Defense Center (CDC) headed by the Group Commander of the 14th Regional Community Defense Group (RCDG) Col. Arnel B. Cabugon, INF,GSC, Philippine Army (PA) today, February 22.
Accompanying Col. Cabugon were 1403rd CDC Director Major Blas G. Alsiyao (Inf) PA, 1403rd CDC Master Sargeant (Sgt.) Nolie P. Suyu and Sgt. Ricardo B. Islao, ALT Petra D. Tumapang, INF,PA; and Jay-R Emilio, INF, PA, from the 14th RCDG.
NSTP Director Mike Allidem and Criminology Faculty Joni Pagandiyan were also in attendance.
