The Mathematics Society in partnership with the Gender and Development Office conducted a one-on-one Math Tutorial with GAD Integration to the selected Grade 7 students of Saint Vincent Inc.-High School Department on February 23, 2024. This extension activity aims to share the expertise of the members of the society with the partner school that they selected.
Ms. Frances Cullalad, the SVS-High School Department principal, and Maam Ana Marie Cadalig, an alumna of MPSPC welcomed everyone to the said event. Ms. Parline Angyap Ullalim, the GAD focal person lectured on the role of GAD in Education where she focused on Equality (SDG 5) while Mr. Somerson Kis-ing, the adviser of the Mathematics Society lectured about Quality Education (SDG4).
