Bontoc, MP- Commission on Higher Education Commissioner and Chair-designate of the MPSPC Board of Trustees Dr. Marita Rana Canapi is now an adopted daughter of Mountain Province. She was given the name “Dayogen” which means, an epitome of a woman of character and virtue, role model to her family and community and a leader.
Commissioner Canapi is in the province this week for the CAR-SUCs Board Meeting currently hosted by the College.
