TED interns set for experiential teaching

132 pre-service teachers under the Teacher Education Department (TED) of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) convened at the Provincial Multi-purpose Hall today, February 1, for the Pinning, Candle Lighting, and Send-Off Ceremony.

In a message, College President Edgar G. Cue extended his congratulations to the students for successfully hurdling their path until this last step of their tertiary education. He also emphasized that their nameplate is not just an emblem or souvenir to keep but should serve as a flame to ignite the teaching and learning spirit within them.

“I expect you to always hold high the torch of Mountain Province State Polytechnic College, by being excellent and values-oriented interns and students. Remember that you are the PRIDE of our College,” stressed Cue.

Said ceremony was attended by College officials, including parents and guardians of the TED interns.
