The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), led by College President Edgar G. Cue, joined other personnel from the different line agencies of the province during the Provincial Flag-Raising Ceremony today, January 8, at the Provincial Plaza, Bontoc, MP.
Moreover, Cue also forged a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Provincial Government of Mountain Province through Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., during the ceremony.
Said MOA sought to advance relevant and responsive programs, specifically in mapping the historical events that paved the way for the creation of Mountain Province and for the finalization of output for the Provincial Historical Committee.
Witnesses during the signing were Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez, MPSPC Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Karen B. Cue, MPSPC Director for Linkages and Special Projects; Mr. Roger U. Sacyaten, Provincial Tourism Officer; and Mr. Winston V. Calde, Provincial Executive Assistant IV.
