The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College through its Human Resource Management Unit, in collaboration with the Civil Service Commission—Mountain Province, led by Director Dr. Anita Verina T. Paredes, conducted an orientation and re-orientation workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) at the Administrative Conference Hall today, August 16.
College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., delivered his message of support and encouragement to the participants. “We all have our roles and responsibilities that are crucial in the movement of MPSPC… Why do we need this orientation? It is to keep track in your achievements, reflect on your services rendered while certifying that it is aligned with your office strategic plans,” Dr. Cue emphasized in his message.
Said orientation is being attended by the permanent employees of the college.
