College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue delivered an empowering message to the students enrolled in the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) under the National Service Training Program at the College Auditorium today, August 16.
This orientation aims to familiarize the students with the programs under the NSTP which comprises, the Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS), the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC), and the Literacy Training Service (LTS).
