Sectoral heads and staff writers from the Tadian campus were informed and capacitated on the doctrine of the Completed Staff Work during the second day of the seminar-workshop held at the campus’ Mini-Auditorium today, 16 October 2024. Said event aimed at empowering the participants with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to effectively apply CWS within their respective roles and responsibilities.
Further, it also fostered a culture of ownership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making among organizational employees to a more streamlined and efficient organizational structure.
The same seminar-workshop will be attended by staff writers from Bontoc campus tomorrow, 17 October 2024.
