
To end the monthlong celebration of the 124th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the University, through its Human Resources Management Office, is currently conducting a dissemination initiative on the four pillars of HRMO to its personnel today, 24 September 2024.
The four pillars of HRM include the following: Recruitment, Selection and Promotion (RSP), Strategies Performance Management System (SPMS), Learning and Development and Rewards and Recognition.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, stressed the crucial role of the event to the employees—the need to be informed on the updates of the institution’s systems and processes.
Dubbed Let’s GO PRIME!, said activity is also anchored to this year’s Civil Service Anniversary’s theme, “Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honoring Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes.”
