A ππ‘ππ¦πͺπ π€π πΌπ₯π₯π§πππππ©ππ€π£ is given to Mountain Province State University (MPSU) from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-CAR during the 33rd BJMP Regional Anniversary at Baguio Convention and Cultural Center, Governor Pack Road, Baguio City today, September 12.
Alongside other agencies and individual awardees, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue received the award on behalf of the MPSU family.
With this yearβs theme, βMakatao at Maka-Diyos na Serbisyong Publiko, Tungo sa Maunlad at Progresibong Pagbabago,β one of the highlights of this event is to recognize the different civic organizations for their invaluable contributions in building a safer nation, changing the lives of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), and betterment of jail services.
Other agencies who were given special awards were the Department of Health-CAR, the Civil Service Commission-CAR, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-Benguet, the Saint Louis University Extension and Outreach Programs Department, and Asian Tech Hub Academy Inc. Individuals who also received awards were Engr. Keneth Freud Manalay of JTM Construction and different BJMP officials from BJMP-CAR.
Accompanying Dr. Cue was Ms. Brenette Joy A. Fakat, Presidential Management Staff(PMS).
