The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) led by its President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue, warmly welcomed participants during the opening program for the Capacity Building on University Research Futures Thinking and Foresight (RFTF) Phase III: Part II yesterday, September 9, 2024. Said event was organized by MPSU through its Research and Development Unit (RDU), which was held at the Administrative Conference Hall via Zoom.
In his message, Dr. Cue encouraged the participants to grasp and adapt various methods and strategies to capacitate and upskill themselves. “Your output on this program will contribute to our fourfold function, especially on research, innovation, and production,” Dr. Cue stressed.
Said event was attended by Futures Thinking and Foresight Technical Working Group (TWG) members, the secretariat, and researchers.
A three-day activity will follow on September 18-20, 2024.
