To enhance the workforce of the College, the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) team initiated an orientation for rank-and-file employees at the College AVR, Academic Building, today, August 15.
College President Dr. Edgar G. Cue showed his full support through an inspiring message to the employees on the importance of providing quality services to its students and clientele. As such, he also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the IQA unit for spearheading this event, as it will help the employees understand and uphold MPSPCโs VMGT.
The aforementioned activity aims to capacitate employees by providing essential skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary for their roles. The goal is to improve their effectiveness, support their professional development, and ensure they are well-equipped to contribute positively to the institution’s objectives. Further, HR concerns were also raised to inform chosen participants on the dos and donโts of the college.
