Ms. Anette Verina T. Paredes of the Civil Service Commission Field Office graced the workshop of the higher education sector to finalize the sectorโs OPCR and IPCR of designated and non-designated personnel. She provided guidance and enlightenment on the grey areas of said documents that needed to be reviewed as part of the institutionโs support for efficient implementation of the SPMS and PRIME-HR. In the current semester of the AY 2024-2025, all personnel in the academic sector are expected to submit new versions of their IPCR that are compliant to quality assurance mandates. VPAA Dr. Mark Preston S. Lopez facilitated the workshop while HRMO Director Ms. Zenaida Y. Soliven showed her support to the activity.
