Due to the inclement weather conditions posed by Super Typhoon Uwan, the examinations for the PNPACAT 2025 are moved to November 8, 2025 in Testing Centers located in the following regions: CAR, NCR, Regions 1, 2, 3, 4A, 4B (except Palawan), and 5.
𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞-𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. Accomplished PNPACAT Walk-In Application Form with 2X2 or passport-size ID picture with nametag; (https://drive.google.com/…/1i01IFzPOYcNKPw3elRs…/view…)
2. Clear photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA, NSO or LCR);
3. Valid ID;
4. Proceed to the nearest Testing Center on November 7, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only.
