The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both parties. Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., served as the representative of the MPSU President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue, symbolizing the University’s dedication to extension services and community partnerships. The Honorable Mayor of Besao, Hon. Bryne O.
