Marking the first anniversary of the institutionโ€™s University conversion, students, personnel and officials gathered at the University Auditorium for a celebration today, 12 December 2025. Loyalty awardees were also recognized during the Praise Awarding Ceremonies.

During the event, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue marked MPSUโ€™s anniversary as a significant milestone in its journey to university status, honoring the dedication of long-serving staff whose commitment fueled its growth. Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., praised MPSUโ€™s role in community upliftment through quality education, while Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr., represented by Mr. Ernesto Bondad reaffirmed provincial support for the Universityโ€™s continued development.

Honoring individuals for their dedication and long years of public service was a highlight of the event. 35 teaching and non-teaching personnel across all campuses received tokens, certificates, and plaques of recognition.
