The University, through its College of Healthcare Education (CHE), signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Rippling River Nursing Home (RRNH) today, 11 December 2025. RRNH is a nursing home in Baguio City.

Said MOA enables RRNH to accommodate trainings and affiliation for the Nursing students from the University. This collaboration expands the University’s network of clinical training sites, offering student nurses diverse practical experiences not only in hospitals but also in nursing homes.

Representing the University President during the MOA signing was MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed. Meanwhile, RRNH was represented by its administrator, Ms. Bernadette A. Gacad.

Witnessing the signing were CHE Dean Mr. Alfred O. Fomocao, Jr. and RRNH Director Dr. Noel Alfonso B. Cacho.
