
In line with its ongoing commitment to bolster campus safety and emergency preparedness, the campus hosted a timely and informative lecture on Bomb Threat Awareness today, 10 December 2025.
The session provided students and staff with crucial knowledge on identifying and responding to bomb threats. The lecture was conducted by personnel from the Philippine National Police (PNP) Provincial Explosive and Canine Unit (PECU), highlighting the importance of vigilance and readiness within the university community.
Representing MP-PECU were PSMS Memyrth Diamsay, PSSg Denver Neil Mendoza, PCpl Winston Fegcan, and Pat Newton Awis, who shared expert insights and practical advice to help attendees recognize potential threats and act appropriately in emergencies.
The University continues to prioritize the safety and security of its campus, aiming to equip its constituents with the necessary skills and awareness to handle unforeseen incidents effectively.
