Mountain Province State University (MPSU) welcomed delegates from Cavite State University (CvSU) for a benchmarking visit held from December 5 to 7, 2025.
Visitors from CvSu were VP for Business and Resource Generation Dr. Almira G. Magcawas, Mr. Junser P. Magpantay, Mr. Jhon Laurence B. Herrera, and Mr. Gilbert B. Caracuel.
The activity aimed to strengthen collaboration between the two state universities and promote the exchange of best practices in instruction, research, extension, cultural and community immersion, and administrative governance.
MPSU officials expressed appreciation for CvSUโs initiative, noting that benchmarking activities contribute to the continuous improvement of state universities and colleges (SUCs) nationwide. CvSU representatives likewise commended MPSU for its hospitality, openness, and commitment to quality education.
The two universities look forward to future collaborations, including joint research, training programs, and wider institutional partnerships.
