
Student Interns across colleges in MPSU-Bontoc flocked the University Auditorium for the Pre-Internship Orientation and Psychological Testing today, 13 January 2026.
Said event educated the interns on various topics including, Anti Sexual Harassment Law by Atty. Esther Rose Alikes; Building Inclusive Mindsets for Student Interns by Ms. Michelle C. Doss; and Work Ethics by Dr. Susan A. Lopez.
Emphasizing the importance of sensitivity and respect in the workplace, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue offered three key pieces of advice to the student interns: first, real-world experience may not always meet your expectations; second, never be afraid or feel ashamed to ask questions; and third, take the opportunity to build networks and connections.
A Psychological Testing was carried out by Ms. Araceli Ronquillo from the Guidance and Counseling Office prior the orientation proper.
Said event was also attended by program chairpersons, college deans, SSDO Dean Ms. Jennifer Ruth C. Tuazon and MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel b. Sia-ed.
