As part of the Hospitality Extension Livelihood Program (HELP), the College of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management conducted the second part of the Adopt a Dorm, Building a Future: Livelihood Training Behind Bars to the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of the Bureau of Management and Penology-Mountain Province District Jail today, 12 January 2026.

During the session, faculty members demonstrated the baking processes for long john and pandesal, after which the first group of PDLs performed their return demonstrations.

The remaining groups will conduct their return demonstrations tomorrow, January 13 until January 18, 2026.
