
𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘|| Newly hired faculty members of MPSU-Bontoc for the second semester, AY 2025-2026 were inducted today, 15 January 2026 at the Coffee and Lemon, JBA Building. Said induction aims to capacitate the new faculty members on the necessary information they needed to navigate the academic and administrative communities while they teach in the University.
During the event, various topics were discussed by the resource speakers, including Understanding the MPSU VMG by Dr. Gemma Ngelangel; The Role of Teachers in the Development of the MPSU Graduate Attributes by Dr. Rhoda Galangco; Employment Contracts and Employee Responsibilities and Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policies: Implications in the Workplace and Classroom by Atty. Dublin Facullo.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue was also present during the event, emphasizing that induction symbolizes trust and belonging, and expressing confidence in each individual’s potential contributions. He encouraged continuous growth and service, inspiring faculty to strive for meaningful impact that will positively influence future generations of learners.
