University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue welcomed Dr. Ferdinand P. Gonzales, Co-Chairperson of the Regional Gender and Development Committee-CAR, during a courtesy visit at the Office of the University President on January 14, 2026.
The visit followed the successful conclusion of the three-day activity of the MPSU Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System (GFPS), which included capacity-building sessions and a comprehensive review of the Universityโs GAD agenda conducted earlier on the same day.
Dr. Gonzales served as the resource speaker for the activity, providing valuable insights on strengthening institutional mechanisms for gender mainstreaming and aligning university initiatives with national and regional GAD frameworks.
The MPSU administration expressed its appreciation to Dr. Gonzales for his expertise, guidance, and continued support to the Universityโs GAD initiatives.
