Mountain Province State University (MPSU) held a Faculty Manual Review on January 16, 2026, at the Admin Conference Hall, MPSU Bontoc Campus.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue,delivered a message emphasizing the importance of the Faculty Manual as a guiding document that promotes professionalism, accountability, and excellence in instruction and service.
In closing, Dr. Cue humbly seeked cooperation from university officials, administrators, and faculty.
“I ask that you not only come to work for a salary but also with the deeper purpose of inspiring and empowering those around you. Our collective efforts hold the power to shape the future of this institution. Let us support one another in lifting this university higher, ensuring that we leave behind a legacy of excellence and progress that will endure for generations”, he added.
Said review aimed to ensure that faculty policies remain relevant, aligned with institutional goals, and responsive to current academic standards.
