Cue Attends Project BALAY Meeting


January 23,2026 – University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue joined the Project BALAY meeting held in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, where key initiatives aimed at improving academic housing and support facilities were discussed.

Among the highlights of the meeting was the proposed Academic Village project, designed to benefit both university employees and students by providing safe, accessible, and sustainable living spaces that support learning and work-life balance within the academic community.

Dr. Cue’s participation underscores the university’s commitment to collaborating with national partners and stakeholders in advancing infrastructure projects that enhance campus life and strengthen higher education development.
