In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President, all government agencies are directed to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols and implement a four-day on-site work arrangement as ordered by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
The University shall implement a four-day on-site work arrangement, effective 09 March 2026, and it shall remain in effect until lifted or sooner revoked by the President. This arrangement may be implemented through a compressed workweek and/or a designated common work-from-home day, consistent with the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission and other applicable guidelines on flexible work arrangements.

Further, in recognition of the importance of promoting mental health and the overall well-being of University employees and students, it was also declared earlier, pursuant to 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗘𝗚𝗖-𝟬𝟴𝟬, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟬𝟵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸.
