Officials from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Open University System paid a courtesy visit to Mountain Province State University (MPSU) President Dr. Edgar G. Cue at the Office of the University President today January 26, 2026.
The delegation was led by Executive Director Dr. Rudolf Anthony A. Lacerna, together with Course Specialist Dr. Ma. Pamela Grace C. Muhi, Dr. John Mark S. Distor, and Head of Academic Programs and Institute of Non-Traditional Study Program and ETEEAP, Assoc. Prof. Karen G. San Diego.
The visit served as an opportunity to strengthen academic ties and discuss potential collaborations between PUP Open University System and MPSU, particularly in the areas of flexible learning, program development, and innovative approaches to higher education. It also included preparations for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions.
