
January 24, 2026 – With a heart for innovation and a vision for inclusive development, Mountain Province State University (MPSU) President Dr. Edgar G. Cue joined government officials, educators, and industry partners in celebrating the 7th Anniversary of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority – Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (TESDA C-SITE) held at the TESDA C-SITE Main Campus Multipurpose Hall, Military Cut-off, Baguio City.
The event marked seven years of TESDA C-SITE’s commitment to delivering quality technical-vocational education and advancing skills development initiatives that foster inclusive growth across the Cordillera region.
As part of the celebration, President Cue was invited to witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) among TESDA, MOOG Philippines, Baguio Country Club, and John Hay Management Corporation. The MoU aims to strengthen industry–government–academe collaboration through industry-driven and demand-responsive training programs designed to enhance workforce readiness in the region.
Dr. Cue’s presence underscored MPSU’s strong partnership with TESDA and their shared mission of empowering communities through skills development, reinforcing collaborative efforts that support workforce readiness and sustainable development.
