𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗦|| 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺. 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

University Auditorium—An engaging interactive session took place between student leaders and Commissioner Desiderio Apag III, focusing on issues and concerns related to higher education today, 04 March 2026. Commissioner Apag, alongside University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, addressed the students’ questions. Faculty members and University officials also participated in the discussions.

MSPU students who are from Kalinga and Ifugao provinces showcased their rich cultural heritage through cultural dances. Moreover, the Minstrels also rendered song performances, while Mr. Ezer Changat played an instrumental solo piece on the piano.

Said event concluded with a karaoke duet by Commissioner Apag and VP for Internationalization, Planning and Information Management Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan.
