Mountain Province State University (MPSU) actively participated in the Regional Development Council (RDC) Budget Consultation for Fiscal Year 2027 for State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the Cordillera Administrative Region, held at the Hotel Elizabeth in Gibraltar, Baguio City, yesterday, February 24, 2026.
Representing MPSU was Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo (Vice President for Administration and Finance), Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan (Vice President for Internationalization, Planning and Information Management), Ms. Norma Akilith (Finance and Budget Director), Engr. Cleto Dalmacio and Dr. Gemma A. Ngelangel (Planning Director).
The team presented the universityโs proposed Projects, Programs, and Activities (PAPs) for FY 2027, emphasizing initiatives designed to strengthen academic programs, improve infrastructure, and enhance student services. These proposals reflect MPSUโs commitment to advancing quality education and contributing to regional development.
