
MPSU officials continued a series of back-to-back engagements with foreign dignitaries today, welcoming visitors from France namely Ms. Helene De Gulliere and Mr. Hubert De Gulliere. The duo conducted lectures on diplomacy and diplomatic approaches for students.
Ms. Helene, a retired ground attendant for the Air France company discussed Pathways and Opportunities for the graduates of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Meanwhile, Mr. Hubert, a retired Admiral in the French Navy discussed on Diplomatic Approaches and International Etiquette. They also toured the campus afterwards.
Prior to the lectures, the couple held a courtesy visit to the Office of the University President where they met with the Cambodian delegates who came to MPSU on Monday. The visitors, accompanied by Mr. Jessie Padchonga, were welcomed by VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, VP for Internationalization, Planning and Information Management Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan, Chief of Staff to the University President Dr. Karen B. Cue and MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed.
On the other side, the Cambodian delegates continued their itinerary to the campus through an academic and research engagement activity focused on interactive learning for the College of Accountancy, Business Management, and Information Technology, the College of Healthcare Education, College of Criminal Justice Education and Liberal Arts, the College of Advanced Education (Ed.D and MAED) and the College of Teacher Education. The round table discussions zeroed on the sharing of best practices between parties.
