
Coffee and Lemon, JBA Building— The University, in collaboration with Northland Technical Institute, Inc., and Mr. Francisco โGuru Kikoโ T. Dela Cruz, Jr., is currently holding a training program on customer service and frontline excellence for its frontline personnel. The initiative aims to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction across the University.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue addressed the participants, offering support and emphasizing the crucial role of frontline staff in delivering quality service to the University community.
The training is part of MPSUโs ongoing efforts to equip its personnel with the skills needed to provide better service and uphold the institutionโs standards.
