Deans and Coordinators Convene for Academic Planning

The MPSU-Bontoc Administrator led an important meeting, bringing together college deans, program chairpersons, and key coordinators to discuss critical academic and administrative matters. The agenda included updates on syllabus and curriculum review, faculty development programs (FDP), and evaluations such as the SET and SEF.

Discussions also covered the upcoming course offerings for the middle term and first semester of the academic year 2026-2027, as well as the planned implementation of a 4-day compressed work-week aimed at improving work-life balance for faculty members. Faculty loading adjustments and the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) plans were reviewed alongside the university’s broader strategic plan.

Participants included coordinators from the General Education Curriculum (GEC) and PATHFit programs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to academic quality and program alignment.
