MPSU-Paracelis and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Paracelis have formalized a significant partnership to enhance research, academic exchange, and community development. The recently signed memoranda of agreements (MOAs) mark a commitment to collaborative efforts focusing on science and technology innovations, with particular emphasis on agriculture and criminal justice education.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue signed the agreements on behalf of MPSUโParacelis, while Mayor Marcos G. Ayangwa represented the LGU Paracelis. The ceremony was attended by key figures, including Dr. Brent Greg E. Gomuad, Ms. Laarni P. Lagget, Ms. Lourdes T. Bandas, Municipal Agriculturist Abraham P. Gaddawan, and MDRRMO Alice M. Banggot, along with staff from both organizations.
This partnership seeks to strengthen extension services and capacity-building programs that directly benefit local communities, promoting sustainable development and improved quality of life through shared expertise and resources.
