Please be informed that the General Orientation and Disbursement will be conducted on the following schedules and venues:
April 21, 2026 (Tuesday), 7:30 A.M. – Eyeb Open Gym (Bontoc Campus)
April 22, 2026 (Wednesday), 8:00 A.M. – IPED Building (Tadian Campus)
All grantees are required to be accompanied by a parent during the activity. In the absence of a parent, a guardian (e.g., older sibling, relative, or landlady/landlord) may serve as a representative, provided that a valid identification card is presented.
Kindly prepare and submit the following requirements:
*Three (3) colored photocopies of your school ID, printed back-to-back on long bond paper
*Each copy must bear your signature and the date on the right side of the paper
*The signature must be consistent with the one reflected on your school ID
Furthermore, students who have not yet submitted their tree planting photo documentation are required to submit the same on or before April 20, 2026.
