Aside from the similar topics previously presented during the first two sessions, it also covered topics for CABMIT and CIHSTM students, including an in-depth overview of the Philippine tax system, focusing on income tax for employees, BIR registration for first-time employees, understanding pay slips, filing procedures, tax compliance, penalties, and taxation for freelancing or side hustles. Additionally, the session guided participants through career paths in hospitality and tourism management, offering valuable insights for those interested in these fields.
Gracing the event was University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, who noted that success requires persistence, creativity, and courage; encouraged embracing learning and bold dreams; and reminded that professional growth involves navigating diverse people and staying true to oneβs purpose despite challenges.
