Liclican, Agrarian Reform Program Officer I during their courtesy visit at the Office of the President today, April 16, 2026, to invite the institution to participate in the PelikulAgraryo 2026 Film Festival.
Said film festival aims to serve as a platform for Senior High to Tertiary-level student courses across all regions in the Philippines to celebrate their passion in filmmaking, and advocate for the promotion of the success stories of the ARBs, Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBOs) and the project of the DAR through its theme βTinig ng Lupang Malaya: Kwento at Aral-Agraryo, butil na pamana sa Kabataan.β
