
ππ’π₯π€π¬ππ§ππ£π ππππππ§π¨| University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through ESCE Director Dr. Joy Fraine M. Ngodcho graced the βEmpowering Leaders: Capacity Enhancement on Leadership, Parliamentary Procedure, and Social Orientationβ program held today, April 22, 2026 at Anabel Cooperative, Tabrak, Anabel, Sadanga.
In his message, Dr. Cue stressed that true leadership goes beyond titlesβit’s about a strong dedication to serve everyone.
βTi liderato ket saan laeng a titulo, no di ket panagserbi iti umili. Ket kas kadagiti mangidadaulo iti barangay ken iti kooperatibe, dua a responsibilidad ti adda kadakayo, ti mangidalan ken ti mangpatanor weno mangsustain iti panagkaykaysa,β said Dr. Cue.
He also acknowledged that challenges and disagreements are inevitable, but it is in such moments that the strength of true leadership is revealed. He underscored that the training is not merely about learning systems or procedures but about cultivating a mindset rooted in accountability, transparency, and inclusivity.
βIt is about becoming leaders who do not only manage, but inspire; not only decide, but listen,β he added.
Dr. Cue expressed gratitude to the facilitators and organizers, particularly the Liberal Arts Department and Extension Unit, for their commitment in making the program possible.
He concluded with a call to action:
βLet this training be a turning pointβtoward stronger leadership, more responsive governance, and a more empowered Anabel Cooperative. Together, let us lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and build a future that our people truly deserve.β
