In his message, Dr. Cue stressed that true leadership goes beyond titlesβ€”it’s about a strong dedication to serve everyone.

β€œTi liderato ket saan laeng a titulo, no di ket panagserbi iti umili. Ket kas kadagiti mangidadaulo iti barangay ken iti kooperatibe, dua a responsibilidad ti adda kadakayo, ti mangidalan ken ti mangpatanor weno mangsustain iti panagkaykaysa,” said Dr. Cue.

He also acknowledged that challenges and disagreements are inevitable, but it is in such moments that the strength of true leadership is revealed. He underscored that the training is not merely about learning systems or procedures but about cultivating a mindset rooted in accountability, transparency, and inclusivity.

β€œIt is about becoming leaders who do not only manage, but inspire; not only decide, but listen,” he added.

Dr. Cue expressed gratitude to the facilitators and organizers, particularly the Liberal Arts Department and Extension Unit, for their commitment in making the program possible.

He concluded with a call to action:

β€œLet this training be a turning pointβ€”toward stronger leadership, more responsive governance, and a more empowered Anabel Cooperative. Together, let us lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and build a future that our people truly deserve.”

Said event highlighted Dr. Cue’s vision of leadership as service, reinforcing the university’s dedication to nurturing leaders who embody community empowerment, inclusive governance, and grassroots leadership.
