Announcement: Implementation of Visitorโ€™s ID Pass Policy


๐—”๐—ก๐—ก๐—ข๐—จ๐—ก๐—–๐—˜๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง|| In line with the continuous effort of the University to strengthen campus safety, security, and monitoring procedures, all visitors entering any MPSU campus shall be required to secure a Visitor’s ID Pass at the designated entrance gate or security post. Prior to the issuance of the Visitor’s Pass, the visitor shall surrender one (1) valid government-issued or company-issued identification card as collateral or in lieu of the Visitor’s Pass. Upon completion of the visitor’s transaction or official business within the campus, the Visitor’s Pass shall be returned to the guard on duty, after which the surrendered valid ID shall likewise be returned to the visitor.

For purposes of this policy, “VISITORS” shall refer to all individuals who are not officially enrolled students, regular employees, faculty members, or authorized personnel of the University. This includes, but is not limited to:

a. Parents and guardians

b. Suppliers and delivery personnel

c. Alumni and guests

d. Researchers and applicants

e. Government and private agency representatives

f. Contractors and service providers

g. Visitors attending meetings, seminars, and university activities

h. Other individuals transacting official or personal business within the University premises
