MPSU Paracelis Campus Holds 2nd Commencement Exercises; 30 Graduates Honored


Paracelis, Mountain Province – A total of 30 graduates received their diplomas during the 34th Commencement Exercises of Mountain Province State University (MPSU)–Paracelis Campus, led by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue on May 21, 2026, at Bacarri, Paracelis.

With the theme, “Brewing Excellence: Cultivating Highland Heritage, Roasting Potentials, and Savoring Global Success,” the ceremony highlighted the achievements and aspirations of the graduating class.

Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Yawan Dalog-Duclan, a member of the MPSU Board of Regents and Chief of Staff of Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In her message, she inspired the graduates to pursue excellence, uphold their cultural heritage, and contribute positively to their communities as they embark on new journeys beyond the university.
