ACCREDITATION PERSPECTIVE|| MPSU-Tadian’s BS in Agriculture program undergoes Level III AACCUP survey visit

MPSU-Tadian’s Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (formerly Bachelor in Agricultural Technology) is currently undergoing a Level III online accreditation survey by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. This evaluation is part of the University’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of its academic programs.

During the opening program earlier today, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, noted the importance of the event in the academe’s continuing journey toward academic excellence, quality assurance, and institutional growth. He also acknowledged the taskforce members, AACCUP accreditors, and University officials for their shared commitment to advancing higher education standards.

“We warmly welcome the insights and recommendations that will emerge from this process, as they will help us strengthen our programs, remain responsive to evolving societal needs, and better fulfill our institutional vision,” Dr. Cue added.

The survey includes rigorous document evaluation, virtual tours, and interviews with University officials, staff, faculty members, students, and community members (extension beneficiaries).

Leading the AACUP team for the three-day online survey visit is Dr. Jonar I. Yago, of Nueva Vizcaya State University, along with Dr. John T. Dumayas of Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Noralyn M. Natura of Nueva Vizcaya State University as members.

Facilitated by the Institutional Quality Assurance Unit, led by the IQA Director Ms. Collins Lidua and MPSU-Tadian IQA Coordinator Mr. Neil Comafay, the said event will run from June 9-11, 2026.
