Mountain Province State University (MPSU) and the Department of Interior and Local Government-Cordillera Administration Region (DILG-CAR) represented by Cluster Head of DILG, Ms. Maritess M. CariΓ±o formally strengthened their collaboration through Ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for the establishment of the Local Infrastructure Learning Hub (LILHub) today, June 16, 2026 held at the HM Hall, MPSU, Bontoc, MP.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced the ceremony, emphasizing the value of partnership in advancing shared goals.

The learning hub is envisioned to serve as a center of knowledge, capacity-building, research collaboration, and technical assistance in infrastructure auditing and disaster resilience.
Said ceremony signifies shared commitment to advancing evidence-based infrastructure management and fostering a culture of innovation and preparedness among local government units, professionals, faculty members and students.
