University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue represented by VP for Administration and Finance, Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr. joined in celebrating the Blessing and Inauguration of the Bacarri Bridge Phase II, a landmark infrastructure project under the Department of Public Works and Highways’ (DPWH) Convergence and Special Support Program yesterday, June 17, 2026 held at MPSU Paracelis ground, Bacarri, Paracelis, Mountain Province.
The bridge was successfully completed through the collective efforts of the DPWH-MPSDEO led by Engr. Roland B. Matias, Office of the Congressman Honorable Maximo Y. Dalog Jr., Provincial Local Government Unit-MP led by Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr., Mountain Province State University led by Dr. Edgar G. Cue, LGU-Paracelis led by Hon. Mayor Marcos G. Ayangwa, Barangay LGU of Bacarri, Paracelis and the Upland Construction.
With this successful project, MPSU reaffirms its role as a trusted partner in advancing inclusive development across Mountain Province.
